Booking
Our price per person includes bed and breakfast accommodation at Clareville House with full en-suite facilities and a substantial breakfast menu ; a quality packed picnic lunch and drink; transport to and from agreed airport or bus/railway station (if required); transport to and from your daily walks ; clothes drying facilities ; East Clare Way maps and guidebooks ; information on Loop Walks ; list of emergency telephone numbers: Weather check every morning..
Deposit
A non refundable deposit of 50euro per person is required and is payable on confirmation of the booking. The balance of the cost is payable on arrival at Clareville House.
Booking for One Person
While our prices are quoted on a “Per Person Sharing” basis, an individual is more than welcome to make a single booking. We will cost each single booking on application.
We would expect individuals who wish to walk on their own to have a reasonable knowledge of map reading and some walking/hiking experience.
Insurance
We do not accept any responsibility for illness/injury to you or loss/damage to your luggage or possessions while on holiday. It is absolutely essential and highly recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover such things as holiday cancellation, loss of cash, luggage or possessions, personal accident, illness and medical expenses etc. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage due to circumstances outside our control.
Check with your credit card or airline company as you may be covered through them, but if taking out travel insurance don’t forget to tell the company the type of holiday you are going on--Walking Tour, Adventure Travel etc.
Stay An Extra Night
If you decide you’d like to stay an extra night or couple of nights with us here in Clareville House--this can be arranged, depending on availability.
Mobile Phone Network
The Mobile Phone system in Ireland is a digital GSM 900 System.
Diet
If you have any special dietary requirements, you should advise us before confirmation of the booking.
